We are a club in the city centre designed exclusively for women, based on a 30-minute workout. Unlike conventional gyms, we work with you to achieve the results you want with our 6-week, results guaranteed personal training programme . The club has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with relaxation and social facilities, such as a Therapy Room and coffee area, as well as easy-to-use fitness equipment. The non-intimidating environment enables you to enjoy a fit and healthy lifestyle with the help and support of personal trainers, nutritional experts and life coaches.
