Energie fitness for women Dudley is designed around two 30-minute workout circuits, the first, the Easyline Circuit, uses state-of-the-art hydraulic equipment that combines head to toe aerobic exercise and muscle toning to achieve stunning results.
The second circuit uses the unique Motortone motor assisted equipment, giving a full head to toe muscular workout, it is specially designed for ladies who may not feel comfortable or able to use conventional exercise equipment.
Finally for those of you short of time we offer Vibrogym whereby 20 minutes will provide you with the same benefits as 90 minutes of conventional exercise!
