As you may know energie fitness for women Blackburn was shortlisted for an award at the Members Choice Healthclub Awards yesterday, in the catagory best small club in the North West of England. energie fitness for women has given me the confidence and motivation to improve my fitness. The relaxed environment and support of the staff has really helped me to achieve my goals. My overall fitness has improved dramatically and I'm really starting to see the results of my hard work. On a recent shopping trip I was overcome with emotion when I had to ask a sales assistant to get me a smaller size, this may seem silly but I have been so used to being a certain size range. Winning the slim a thon has been an amazing achievement for me and I have laid the foundations for a healthier life, I plan to continue with my fitness regime and focus on losing one
inch at a time. With the continued support of the staff and my fellow gym members, I'm confident I will reach my ultimate goal
